The pricing is real time hourly rates for the Service Professionals. These rates are defined by the Service Professionals and may fluctuate based on usual supply & demand factors. There are no hidden costs over and above the final booking amount. Our hourly service has a timer, which will start when the service professional starts their work, so you can track the time spent on your job. In case the service goes beyond the booked hours, the additional charge will apply in increments of 30 minutes pro rated at the booked rate.
Taxes are extra as applicable to the service region, e.g. if you live in Ontario, HST is 13%.
No—when you enter a card, we only verify the card. Your card is charged only when the service is completed. There is no membership fee to use ChoresPass.
Your payment card is charged automatically once the service is complete. You will get a receipt in the email.
If you are not fully satisfied with the service provided, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will make every effort to fix your concerns or if we still cannot satisfy you, we will refund your money after deducting a small service fee of $10.
We are still growing our community of Service Professionals. As of now, we are offering Home Cleaning Services. For a specific-service, which is not listed on our website, please email email@example.com and we will be glad to help.
You can choose the service you want based on your city, select the professional and their listed rate and confirm the booking.
Either you or your representative (at least 18 years old) will need to be at your home for the service appointments that requires the professional to enter your home or office. If it is an outdoor service, you do not need to be home, but it is recommended that you tell us in the description window with any details related to the service.
OTP is a one-time 6-digit pin which is sent to you via email before the start of any service. Give this OTP to the Service Professional to trigger the start of your service. OTP is required as most of the services are on hourly basis.

Yes! ChoresPass is unique in its own ways and allows clients, property managers & multi-property owners to order services at different location using one login ID and one payment credentials. Now that’s convenient!!
ChoresPass is an on-demand platform and anyone with relevant experience can join our platform.
Service Professionals who choose to get their background checks done will receive a badge from ChoresPass, which can be viewed on their profile by the customer along with their insurance, work experience, reviews and services fulfilled.
We ensure that our service providers have relevant work experience to perform their duties.
We do not assign the service professional. Instead, customers can pick their preferred service professional from the list of nearby available Service professionals. Once the customer schedules a Service Booking, the details are shared with both the parties.
If you wish to report your dissatisfaction, you can email us at email@example.com and provide these details: Name and Address where service was performed; a complete description of the Home Service Requested, Service performed, and the problem arising from the service (including photos). ChoresPass will make every effort to resolve the matter to your satisfaction.
